Refund & Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Students can pay course fees through the following electronic methods:

  • Credit or debit cards (Visa / MasterCard)
  • Approved mobile wallets within Egypt and the Arab region
  • Online bank transfers to the academy's official account

2. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep your electronic receipt as proof of payment in case of any inquiries or disputes.

3. Transaction Security

All transactions are processed securely through Paymob and other certified payment gateways using encryption technology. Code Spark Academy does not store or access your banking or card details.

4. Payment Failure

If your payment fails for any reason, please verify your card balance or contact your bank before attempting again. Enrollment in a course will only be confirmed after successful payment completion.

5. Refund Before Course Start

Students are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the course start date.

6. Refund After Course Start

If the student attends only the first session, they may request a 50% refund within 24 hours of that session. After attending more than two sessions or after one week from the start date, no refund will be granted.

7. Online Recorded Courses

Once access credentials have been sent or the student's account has been activated, no refund will be available due to instant access to course materials.

8. Course Cancellation by the Academy

If Code Spark Academy cancels a course for any reason, students will receive a full refund within 7 business days through the original payment method.

9. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed electronically through the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days from the date of approval.

10. Course Transfer Option

Instead of requesting a cash refund, students may transfer their payment to another available course of equal or higher value (any price difference will be paid by the student).
